How It Works
We handle everything. You send us a list of employees, and we deliver completion reports. Here’s the process in detail.
Step 1: You Send Us Your Employee List
Timeline: Day 1
All we need is a simple spreadsheet with employee names and email addresses. No integration with your HR system required. If you can export a CSV, you’re ready.
What we need:
- Employee first name
- Employee last name
- Work email address
- (Optional) Department or location – for segmented reporting

Data handling: Employee data is used solely for training delivery. We don't share it with anyone. Full GDPR compliance.
Step 2: We Set Everything Up
Timeline: Within 48 hours
We create individual training accounts for each employee and send them login details by email. Each employee gets a unique link – no shared logins, no confusion.
The welcome email includes:
- Their personal login link
- Brief explanation of what the training covers
- Expected completion time (~50 minutes)
- Deadline (if you’ve set one)

Optional: We can send the welcome email from your company's email domain if preferred. Just let us know.
Step 3: Employees Complete the Training
Timeline: Typically 1-2 weeks
Employees work through the seven modules at their own pace. They can start and stop as needed – progress is saved automatically.
The training experience:

Automated reminders:
We send reminder emails to employees who haven’t started or haven’t completed. You can also request a progress report at any time.
Step 4: You Receive Completion Reports
Timeline: On your deadline date (or on request)
Once training is complete, we send you a comprehensive completion report. No dashboard to log into – we deliver everything directly to you.
Your completion report includes:
Participation Summary
How many started, how many completed, who hasn't started
Individual Records
Date and time each employee completed each module
Video Verification
Confirmation that videos were watched in full
Quiz Scores
Pass/fail status and score for each module
Re-sit Records
Who needed multiple attempts
Certificates
PDF certificates for each employee's HR file
Report formats:
- CSV – for your records and analysis
- Formatted PDF – for sharing with management or auditors

How quickly can we get started?
Once you send us your employee list, we’ll have everything set up within 48 hours. Employees can begin training immediately after they receive their login details.
Do I need to integrate this with our HR system?
No. We work from a simple employee list (names and email addresses). If you can export a spreadsheet from your HR system, that’s all we need.
Can I add new employees later?
Yes. New starters can be added at the same per-employee rate, with a minimum order of 5 employees (£100).
Do employees need to create accounts?
We handle account creation. Employees receive an email with their login details – they just click a link and get started.
